Order Fulfillment Journey

1. Processing & Production Time

Since all our items are custom-made via Print-on-Demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched from our facility.

2. Shipping Times

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your destination:

• United States: 5–10 business days.
• International: 7–15 business days (depending on customs processing).

3. Tracking Information

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. You will receive an email update with your tracking link as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for the link to reflect the initial status.

4. Shipping Address Policy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have entered the fulfillment stage. Vivilana is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
