At VIVILANA, every graphic T-shirt is made with care through a print-on-demand production model. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, our return and refund policy is different from traditional retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from VIVILANA, you agree to the terms below.


Print-On-Demand Product Policy

VIVILANA products are made to order. Once an order is placed, the item is produced specifically for the customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, accidental orders, or personal preference changes.

Non-Returnable Reasons

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Not liking the fit after choosing the size
  • Personal preference changes
  • Accidental purchases
  • Providing an incorrect shipping address
  • Refusing delivery or failing to pick up the package

Eligible Return or Refund Cases

We will review and assist with replacement or refund requests only when there is a verified issue with the product or fulfillment.

Eligible cases may include:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The print is clearly incorrect, misprinted, or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • You received the wrong size compared with your order confirmation
  • You received the wrong color compared with your order confirmation
  • The package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

All claims are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed until the issue is verified.

Claim Timeframe

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a fulfillment issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please Include

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item showing the issue clearly
  • Photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
  • A photo of the size label or product label, if relevant

We may not be able to process your request without clear photos and order information.

Size Exchanges

Since VIVILANA products are made to order, we do not offer free size exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size.

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. VIVILANA T-shirts are designed with an oversized streetwear fit, and fit preference may vary by customer.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made on demand, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at vivi@vivilana.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started or the order has been processed.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.

Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, VIVILANA is not responsible for refunding the order. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is possible.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, limited-edition items, promotional items, and made-to-order products may be considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
